Coater Preparation as per plane given by line supervisor. Maintain the WFT as per required DFT by online QC . Maintained the Viscosity of the paint. Co-ordinate with Shift supervisor and online QC regarding smooth running of line. Solve the problem comes from the Coater. Make the daily paint consumption report and sent the report to superior. Maintain the Coater room and Coater equipments neat ant clean. Every month take the stock of paint, primer, thinner. Daily report making. Prepare Paint consumption report. Sending the report to the superior.
