Renumeration will be done according to the candidate’s profile. For the majority of the roles, teleworking might be possible depending on the employer. Such hybrid roles will require the candidate to alternate work between the office and at home. For administrative and managerial positions, such as these, management skills, organization skills and proactivity is necessary. A high level of leadership skills is also required.
Candidates may be required to schedule appointments, oversee departments, draft emails, write reports, prepare presentations, manage onboarding processes, derive insights from organization data and ensure contracts and regulations are provided and followed. Job Requirements:
- 2 – 8 + Years of Business Development / Management / HR / Recruiting / Administration Experience. Experience is mandatory for the roles mentioned above.
- Candidates might be required, depending on each role, to have a certificate, diploma or degree for the relevant field of study required.
- Candidates must be tactical thinkers, and good at bringing people together.
- Candidates must have the ability to work in a team and communicate results in a clear and understandable manner.
- Have good communication, involvement, critical thinking and autonomy.
- Candidates must be within Germany and/or the EU region for a majority of the specified roles. If not, candidates may need to obtain a work visa.
