As a Data Analyst in our Supply Chain team, you play a crucial role in optimizing our processes. Your analyzes ensure that our products are always available in the right place and at the right time. Our Supply Chain team consists of 74 colleagues. Together we strive to become as tech-savvy and data-driven as the best in the industry. This means that we continuously improve and innovate to stay ahead.
The challenge ahead? We currently have a data foundation for HEMA in the cloud with Athena and PowerBI. This foundation must be expanded in the coming years so that all stakeholders have state-of-the-art insights and reports to do their work in a more data-driven way. You will not do this alone: you will work closely with our central data & analytics team.

- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to discover trends and patterns.
- Helping set up our data domain and taking ownership within the team.
- Actively collaborate with data counterparts, data scientists and data engineers to determine priorities and translate technical questions.
- Creating dashboards and reports that help our teams make quick and well-founded decisions.
- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and advising on them, while also being able to resist and be convincing.

- A salary of €3,500 to €5,500 gross based on 40 hours of work per week.
- Natural holiday pay of 8%, but possibly also an annual variable remuneration of up to 14% depending on the company objectives and results

- You have demonstrable experience in a similar environment and role. This means you know better than anyone how to convert complex data into useful insights.
- Technical skills: you are a specialist in SQL, Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of Python or R is a bonus.
- Initiative and responsibility: you also have PO skills to determine priorities and coordinate collaboration with other teams. You are proactive and like to take initiative.
- Analytical and practical: you have a sharp analytical view and a pragmatic attitude. You see the big picture, but also have an eye for detail.
- Flexibility and persuasiveness: you can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and know how to resist and convince others of your ideas.
