Responsibilities:
– Design and implement engaging ballet lessons tailored to each age group and skill level.
– Create a supportive and motivating environment that encourages artistic and personal growth.
– Communicate effectively with parents about their children’s progress and development.
– Maintain a high standard of teaching that aligns with our school’s philosophy and values.
– Continuously develop and refine your own dance technique and teaching methods.

Requirements:
– Completed training at a ballet school or equivalent experience.
– Strong knowledge of classical ballet technique and contemporary dance styles.
– Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and backgrounds.
– Fluent in English with a willingness to learn German.
