KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CCH is looking to appoint a Marketing Operations Manager whose role will be to support the group CMO by driving operational efficiency, effective planning and cross-countries coordination within the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help design, deploy and maintain marketing operations and governance . Identify opportunities for process optimization. Coordinate with global teams and countries:
    • Daily operations of marketing department
    • Budget process and template
    • Promo material and artwork management process
    • Project management tools and training
    • Special projects management and initiatives
  • In charge of marketing data reporting and analysis, and recommendation. Coordinate with global teams and countries:
    • A&P country monitoring
    • Market sell out data
    • Innovation tracking
  • Leads organization of global marketing team key events throughout year:
    • Organization of annual global deployment days
    • Organization of monthly team meetings

 


PROFILE EXPERIENCE

  • Sector and experience: 3-5 years in marketing with preferably a previous experience in innovation project management, preferably in consumer health care, FMCG
  • Scientific knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must – ability to present with confidence
