We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Design team of our Energy Management business unit.
The mission of the Design team is to supervise all digital design internationally within Schneider Electric, to infuse the design culture into the company and to deploy the design system.

Your role :
The Senior DIgital Designer will work directly with the product and design teams, bring the design vision to these teams, from user research to delivery to provide quality design and bring value to our users.
Your main missions:
- User-centered approach: put in place the different necessary mechanisms depending on the context (interviews, prototyping, user tests, etc.)
- Facilitation and co-design: prepare and lead co-creation workshops to bring teams together and align on a common vision.
- Practice the double diamond design process from start to finish: conduct user research and translate the research results into a user journey and design pixel-perfect mockups that engineers can easily implement.
- Being the representative of design, the voice of the user in the company
- Be the representative of the design system, promote the Schneider Electric digital ecosystem to form a complete unified experience
- Have a systemic approach and contribute to the design system
- Analyze and use data
(External) French Qualifications:
You are :
Ideally a graduate of a design school, you have at least 5 years of experience as a UX and UI designer regardless of the sector of activity or company size.
And you have the following skills:
- Use and create the UX tools necessary to resolve different issues
- Mastery of design software (we use figma)
- Excellent communication
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Enjoy solving problems
- Understand technical issues and dependencies
- Sensitive to details, and obsessed with simplicity
- Great graphic sensitivity and knowledge of brand design
- Organized, Curious and creative
- Lean and Agile methodologies
- Enthusiastic, humble and caring
- Fluent English
