• As a full-time employee, there is the security of a permanent employment contract.
• Employee salary depends on the structure in the customer company. In addition to the standard basic salary, almost all of Academic Work employees earn above the collective agreement and receive a bonus for their efforts for every hour worked.
•  Entitled to 28 days of vacation. From year four this even increases to 30 days.
